  • We do not access your local AI environment, file system, or code repositories.
  • We do not track AI conversation content generated through use of our crystals.
  • We do not collect payment information (the Platform is currently free).

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve the service (crystal recommendations, search optimization)
  • To send service notifications (crystal updates, feedback status, digests)
  • To compile aggregated, anonymous statistics (success report counts, download trends)
  • To detect and prevent abuse and fraud

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use Cloudflare (CDN/security), Resend (email delivery), and Meilisearch (search) — each processes data under its own privacy policy.
  • Public community content: posts you make in discussion threads are visible to all users; your display name (not email) appears in contribution records.
  • Legal requirements: We may share information with law enforcement when required by law.

5. Data storage and security

  • Data is stored on servers in Europe (London) and Asia (Singapore).
  • Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we cannot view your plaintext password.
  • Sessions are managed via HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite cookies.
  • All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.

6. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • session: Maintains your login state. HttpOnly, 30-day expiry.
  • Cloudflare cookies: Security protection and performance optimization.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

  • Access: View and export all your data from your account page.
  • Correction: Update your display name and password at any time.
  • Deletion: Contact us to delete your account and all associated data.
  • Opt-out: Disable email notifications in your account settings.

8. Minors

This Platform is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor is using the Platform, please contact us.
