1. The Service

Doramagic.ai ("the Platform") is an AI task crystal distribution service. The Platform provides structured crystal files for users to download and run in their own AI environments. The Platform does not perform real-time AI inference, execute code, or access your local environment.

2. Accounts

  • You must register an account to download crystals, participate in discussions, and submit feedback.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Each person may register only one account.

3. Use of Crystals

  • Crystals are for personal learning and professional use only. They may not be used for illegal activities.
  • Crystals are provided "as-is". The Platform makes no guarantee that a crystal will produce the expected result in every AI model or environment.
  • You are solely responsible for any outputs generated through your use of a crystal, including code, data, or reports.
  • You may not redistribute or resell crystals as standalone products.

4. Community Guidelines

  • Treat other community members with respect and keep discussions constructive.
  • Do not post spam, advertisements, malicious links, or illegal content.
  • Do not fabricate success reports or manipulate community validation data.
  • Improvement suggestions should provide genuine practical value.

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The intellectual property of crystal content — including structure, rules, and instructions — belongs to Doramagic.
  • By submitting feedback, improvement suggestions, or discussion content on the Platform, you grant Doramagic a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use that content to improve crystals.
  • Open-source projects referenced within crystals are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Platform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any crystal's outputs.
  • You assume all risk when using a crystal for financial trading, code deployment, or other consequential operations.
  • The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of a crystal.

7. Changes to the Service

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via site announcements or email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
